Deepen Shah | Director and Co-Founder
Born and raised at Bangalore, Deepen is an experienced Business Manager with strong public relations and marketing skills. Deepen left a 5 year long illustrious career in the financial services industry having worked for two of the biggest names in the Investment Management business: Fidelity International and DSP Blackrock to start Touchstone in 2009.
Deepen primarily oversees the event management and corporate gifting business with additional client centric responsibilities that include marketing, logistics, business development and customer relationship management.
Deepen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Shri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College, Bangalore and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Bangalore University. In his free time, he loves going out on long drives and is very passionate about music.
Naresh Devda | Director and Co-Founder
Naresh is the backbone behind Touchstone’s expertise in sourcing and procuring novel gifting merchandise and offering innovative gifting themes and ideas to their clients. Over the last few years in Touchstone, Naresh has assisted several organisations with ‘out of the box’ and refreshing ideas that have helped them engage better with their target audience.
Before starting Touchstone in 2009, Naresh had gathered 6 valuable years of professional experience with reputed corporate like Kotak Mahindra Group and Standard Chartered PLC in addition to being actively associated with Kapoor’s Workshop in Effective Communication (KWEC) which is a widely known name in the event management industry.
Naresh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from St. Josephs’ College of Commerce, Bangalore and loves spending free time with his family.
Sundeep Sethiya | Business Head – Events
Sundeep almost single handedly steers the Event Management business vertical of Touchstone spanning across a wide array of Corporate and Private Events. He is also instrumental behind the launch of 'Touchstone Birthdays' and 'Touchstone Weddings', a specialised event offering that has given Birthday and Wedding celebrations a new dimension.
Before joining Touchstone in 2011, Sundeep was managing his family’s Jewellery business at Bangalore but it was Event Management where he found his true passion.
Sundeep holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from St. Josephs’ College of Commerce, Bangalore. He is a complete foodie, always trying to please his taste buds apart from vacationing.
Mamta Devda | Executive Assistant
Mamta is the youngest and most vibrant face in the Touchstone team. Mamta manages ‘behind the curtain scenes’ who also ensures the aesthetic appeal in the Touchstone catalogues, invitations, banners, presentations and artwork. Her expertise is diverse, spanning from administration and accounts to designing.
Mamta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore with specialisation in Finance and Accounts along with a certificate in Graphic Designing.
An avid football and pizza fan, she also loves spending time with friends and family.
Imthiyas Shaik | Relationship Sales Manager
Imthiyas is one of the most competent team members and is a single point of contact for almost any kind of service you are looking for at Touchstone. Although he primarily is a part of the gifting vertical, he has an excellent aptitude and knowledge of our other business functions as well. Imthiyas has a rich experience in the garment merchandising industry and has worked in some of the most illustrious garment companies like Arvind Mills, Texport Syndicate and Bharat Silks before he took up the new role at Touchstone. In his earlier roles, he has been actively associated with leading brands such as GAP, Banana Republic, Lee, Wrangler, Maverick, etc.
Imthiyas holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from IGNOU and B-Tech from Visvesvaraya Technological University and is a true Bangalorean by nature. In his free time, Imthiyas loves to travel, spend time with friends and is very passionate about music.
Ashish V | The IT Guy
Ashish is the man behind Touchstone’s technological edge. He is a specialist in talking to computers and acts as an interpreter between them and Touchstone. In the IT department, Ashish ensures that Touchstone is always up to date with all the IT requirements and relevant updates that would help the team extend the best of services to its clients, in the least possible time.
Ashish is one of those fortunate few in this world who get paid for doing what they love! A Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology, he has a 15 year long relationship with computers having worked for top multinationals like Amazon and Yahoo.
